This Privacy Policy explains how Investing Capital, LLC, doing business as Investing Capital Group ("ICG", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit investingcapitalgroup.com, create an investor account, submit a Commercial Investor Profile, watch our videos, or communicate with us.

This page is maintained by Investing Capital Group to answer common privacy questions about our website. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information you give us

Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.

Investor profile details: accreditation status, investment range, experience level, asset class interest, timeline, investing goals, and any notes you choose to add.

Account and onboarding details: the answers you provide during onboarding, your account type, mailing address, and an optional profile photo you upload.

Communications: emails, form messages, and any information you share when you contact us or book a call.

3. Information collected automatically

Usage and device data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device type.

Engagement events: which calls-to-action you click, whether you started or completed the Commercial Investor Profile, and video playback milestones (for example, reaching 25%, 50%, 75%, or the end of a video).

We use this information to understand what content is useful and to follow up appropriately — not to build profiles for sale to third parties.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage keys. Strictly necessary items keep you signed in to your investor account and keep the site secure. Analytics items help us measure traffic and engagement in aggregate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, account sign-in and some features will not work. Where required by law, we honor recognized browser opt-out signals.

5. How we use your information

To operate the site, create and maintain your investor account, and provide the features you request.

To review your Commercial Investor Profile, determine whether an opportunity may be appropriate, and contact you about it.

To send transactional messages such as confirmations, account notices, and reminders, and — with your consent where required — occasional educational or opportunity updates.

To measure and improve the site, secure our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. How we share information

Service providers: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, scheduling, video hosting, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.

Affiliates and deal partners: where relevant to an investment you have expressed interest in or entered into, and only as reasonably necessary.

Professional advisors: our attorneys, accountants, and auditors, under duties of confidentiality.

Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ICG, our investors, or the public. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Third-party services we rely on

Our site is hosted on Lovable's platform, with database, authentication, and file storage provided through Lovable Cloud. Scheduling is handled at callwithcory.com, and video playback is served by an embedded third-party player.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. Visiting a linked third-party site means that provider's policy applies to what happens there.

8. Data retention

We keep investor profile submissions and account data for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Engagement and analytics data is retained in a reduced or aggregated form. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Security

Access to your data is protected by authenticated accounts and database-level access rules, so investors can see only their own records and only authorized administrators can see submissions. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or full account numbers through this website — we do not request them here.

10. Your choices and rights

You can update your account details at any time by signing in, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Transactional messages about your account will still be sent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored there. If you access the Services from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
