The firm is led by Cory, a fifteen-year real estate operator who has personally underwritten thousands of deals and closed on properties in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. Cory invests personal capital in every deal the firm sponsors — a minimum of 10% of the GP equity — because he believes alignment is what separates good sponsors from the ones who quietly transfer fees from investors to themselves.

Our thesis is straightforward. Buy necessity-based real estate at defensible cap rates. Use conservative, fixed-rate debt. Communicate quarterly with honest numbers. Do the operational work. And when the market gives us the chance to exit at a strong valuation, take it.
